Restorative Retreats for Helping Professionals

We believe in prevention and reflection—not just treatment. Our educational retreats offer opportunities for personal and professional renewal in supportive, guided environments.

1-Day Restorative Retreats – For those seeking clarity, calm, and reconnection
Silent Retreats – A guided space for deep rest and reflection
Massage + Movement Retreats – Body-based healing through yoga, massage, and nourishment
Helping Professional Retreats – Focused on burnout recovery, compassion fatigue, and reflective practice

Clinical Supervision & Professional Growth

We offer clinical supervision and mentorship for pre-licensed clinicians in California, with a focus on reflective, trauma-informed care.

Supervision includes:

Weekly support for AMFTs, APCCs, and ASWs
Attachment-based, culturally responsive guidance
Support in ethical decision-making, case consultation, and self-awareness
A shared-cost model that offers flexibility with structure

Burnout Prevention & Compassion Fatigue Support

We provide trauma-informed spaces for helping professionals to reflect, regulate, and replenish.
